Conference on Research and Training in Spatial Intelligence

ACCOMMODATION

The conference takes place in the Hotel Orrington in Evanston, Illinois (adjacent to the Northwestern University campus). Hotel and meal expenses are covered by the conference grant. Participants will each be assigned a single room upon registration. It is not necessary to contact the hotel to book a room. Presenters and co-authors can be accommodated.

US TRAVELERS

The conference will allow two reserved nights: Arrive June 13 - Leave June 15.

Domestic US travelers will arrange their travel through Superior Travel in Houghton, Michigan. You must FIRST REGISTER and receive registration confirmation from the conference organizers. Once you have received registration confirmation, you should then call Superior Travel (1-866-9-Fly Fly; 906-482-1020); email Lori Ruonavaara (loriruo@chartermi.net); or fax your travel plans to 906-482-8630.

You should clearly indicate that you are attending the Conference on Research and Training in Spatial Intelligence.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS

The conference will allow three reserved nights: Arrive June 12 - Leave June 15.

COMMUTERS

Please specify while registering if you do not require accommodation during the conference.

TRAVEL

The hotel website has extensive information on travel, including maps, directions, and public transportation.

Participants are expected to arrange their own transportation between O'Hare Airport and the hotel.
