There was a brief portfolio presentation from Mr. Gerry Parker. He directed students to Judy Anderson or to Maureen Pyror for the available information packet that is available. He also went on to list several items that should be contained in the portfolio.

Application for student teaching
Conviction Statement
Quality Assurance Statement (this can be obtained from Maureen)
Also there should be documentation on your tutoring experiences, field studies, and/or volunteer work.
You must also have passed the MTTC Basic Skills Test before the Department of Education will try to place you for your student teaching.
A listing of all courses in your major and minor fields.
Professional goals including innovative ideas for education
